I had good luck with Ford Lincoln of Franklin. My salesman was an older black gentleman named Clyde Maxwell.

They were here easy to deal with and left feeling like a got a good deal.

I’ve had horrible service at town and country, as well as, Mid Tenn truck. After the experience with our Flex, I’ll never own another Ford. I say a little prayer to put a hex on Ford every night.

The wife had a Flex.....she put 125K on it and it never gave her one problem. We just bought a Fusion from Newton Ford South in Shelbyville. Friendly, courteous and we felt they gave us a fair deal.

I bought my 2011 Raptor at Beaman Ford in Dickson. My salesman was Ken Godwin. I built the truck online took my cost verses dealer cost in and made a deal with Ken. I felt like I paid as little as I could for a truck that was/is in demand. Ken has always been there when I had a question about anything.  MY brother-in-law has been in car business for almost 30 years in AZ and he said "keep Ken".

My 2 cents.

I’m almost entirely convinced that you get better service and a better relationship at a dealer that’s outside of a major metro market.

I don’t know what it is - maybe it’s that there’s always someone walking in behind you in a big dealership.  Maybe it’s just a small town thing.

I traveled to buy my last truck after I just couldn’t find anyone who much wanted to sell me one here in the Nashville area.

I have had a great experience with Wyatt Johnson (the old Crown Ford).  I was looking for a specific configuration, and of the three dealers that had what I wanted, they were the only ones that would take my deal.

One benefit if you every get stick waiting around the dealership, they are a stocking dealer for both Roush and Shelby, so there is plenty to drool over to kill the time.

I will PM you my sales guys contact info if you want.  He was great, and still calls or texts every few weeks.

I live in Sumner County and dealt with Don Franklin Ford out of Columbia, Kentucky over the internet.  We found the vehicle we wanted on the internet and we sent them pictures of our trade-in vehicle.  We negotiated the entire deal over the internet and they had the new vehicle and all the paperwork ready to go when we got there.  We couldn't get a better deal in Middle Tennessee and it was well worth the aprox 2 hour drive.  Tommy Stearnes was our salesman and he really worked to get the deal right.
