Gorgeous! Love Damascus blades!

That is actually Damasteel, a fairly new steel holds an incredible edge

Guess I should read the captions. lol I just saw the looks of the blade and went off.

Don’t feel bad, everyone does that, it is honestly better than any Damascus I have used, this knife gets scary sharp from me just stropping it, I have not done my best Wicked Edge on it as it does not require it,

i may get bored one day and see just how sharp I can get it

Based on the existing edge demonstrated in the video if you do that we just might see a mushroom cloud from the Mt. Juliet area when you accidentally split an atom with the danged thing!

My largest fear is it would probably split my gun budget!

A beautiful knife.  Are Curtiss knives all custom made?

I have quit packing my pocket knife since my By-pass surgery. Right now my doctor has me on Plavix blood thinner and even a minor cut now can be very serious. I'm back to using scissors to cut things in the kitchen and put all the sharp knives up. I have to be careful now with Darby and her claws. We were playing to other day and she scratched me and it took 20 minutes to stop the bleeding and it was just a small scratch. I am going to have a talk with the doctor Monday when I go see her to see if there is ways to stop the bleeding quicker that just holding pressure on it or Ice. They work but there has got to be something better out there.........JMHO
