A link or picture would help. I know what you're talking about but I suspect others may not have seen it.

And as soon as I saw the picture I thought the same thing. How will they not get slapped with a lawsuit over this?

Nice looking little gun and very light compared to the Sig P238. I'd consider buying one. The knock against these micro guns is that most of them (LCP, TCP, P3AT) have long triggers that reduce accuracy. A single action would solve this problem and it looks like the tang is big enough to protect big hands from getting pinched.

Still, for another 4.5 ounces, you could carry a P938 in 9mm. 

I wonder how bulky it is compared to the LCP, TCP, et al?

MSRP is $599 and I know that gun shops will sell them under that but I'm not paying anything over $400 for a .380 unless its a Glock 25 or 28 .
