I wish Doug the best and I am thankful that doctors can do such great work.  

Get a yearly checkup at least. I will not try to give folks the live better, eat right, exercise speech as I do not live that myself. Just pay attention to your body though.

Firstly, praying for our friend Doug. Secondly, I'll echo nOrlf's comment. Guys, we aren't 20 anymore. We don't bounce back like we once did.

I can attest to that part. I just spent New Years day and until Thursday evening in the hospital with double pneumonia.

Watch out where you can, but germs and virus strains are everywhere! I'm still coughing and probably will be miserable for the next week.

But back to Doug. My prayers for you buddy.

I’ll post as soon as I hear.  Assuming all went well, surgery should have finished up a little bit ago.
