The Kel-Tec and the Ruger are big surprises to me.  I would have predicted the Glock 19 and the M&P Shield 9.  It's interesting that Sig is the only manufacturer with two guns on the list.

I am really only surprised by the Keltec PMR -30 and the 938.  The others are exactly what I expected to see.

Heck Keltec doesnt produce enough pistols to sell to make that list

 

LCP however has been kicking butt for year

Everybody and their brother seems to have an LCP.  After I shot one, I lost interest. I got a Sig P-238 Equinox and it's a honey. I remember when the PMR30 was selling for way over it's list price. I friend of mine came up to me and said "I guy wants to sell me a KelTec PMR30 for $650. Is that a good price?" I told him that is was a $300 pistol and not to buy it.

Everything but the PMR-30 doesn't surprise me a whole lot.  My only thought is if that includes total transactions there is likely the same gun moving multiple times on gunbroken based on the limited availability and opportunity for resell profit.

The PMR and the 938 Surprise me. I like the 938 but usually the price point scares people away. I like Sonny did not think Kel tec made enough guns to sell them to make the list. The LCP Gen 1 flies off the shelf when they are in, the gen 2 is popular too but the price still moves the Gen 1 more.

Bersa's are solid firearms, but they're still a bit of a niche brand among dedicated shooters that hasn't gotten into the mainstream.  Same could be said for the CZ line.

KelTec hasn’t even hit 4 digit serial numbers for the PMR30 yet. I doubt they actually sold enough to be #5

I can't say I'm surprised as I have 3 or the 5 listed.  The 938 and Shield are tied when judged by my carry time.
