Any recent deals on safes?

I'm in the market for a safe, and I saw this one at Academy while I was shopping today.

I live in a 2nd floor apartment, so the safe can't be too heavy. I think this one weighs in at about 230-240#, which is just about right. From what I've been able to find, the price is pretty good, too.

Anyone noticed any deals in the recent past?

I looked at that model, and liked it a lot.

I have not seen any better deals for a safe that is comparable.

I bought the 28 gun Stack-On at Dicks. It was on sale for $599 but they didn't have any so I waited until they did, they honored the price. Seems sales are slow. As to the safe, I like it. It is large and heavy, is supposed to be water proof.

That sounds like a pretty good deal, but yea, that's probably far too heavy for a second floor apartment. Too heavy for me to drag up the flight of stairs.
