The p11 triggers take a lot of getting used too.

Of But my choice these days for front pocket carry is a GLOCK 27. With the proper holster, and some persistence, it is quite doable.

Defining A True Pocket Pistol

I second this advice. I front or hip pocket carry a Glock 33 (same size as a 27, different caliber) in a kydex pocket holster made by Allen Miller in Greenville TN. The holsters are the best ive found and extremely reasonable in price. His website address is: Welcome to Aholster. Ive found the glock easy to carry and easy to hold on to when you need to shoot.

Kind regards,

I love the kydex pocket holsters. Aholster is great to work with, and makes a great product.

I've owned my Ruger LCP since February and STILL love it like the day I got it.

Using a Stickopuali pocket holster.

Check out a Kahr PM9.

Yes sir! I own a P3AT, sitting in my pocket as I type, and a S&W J frame 638 Bodyguard. Waiting for my ordered PM9 to get here now :usa: Soft shooting for it's size, I think this may be MY grail for a pocket pistol. YMMV.

I own PF9 and cannot recommend them.I would greatly prefer a da/sa pistol. Specifically: (1)trigger pull too long. (2). If you don't allow the trigger to return completely it will not fire the next round. this sucks when you are trying to do rapid fire.

If I might weigh in, if the issue is concealability, try a different setup and carry OWB to avoid giving up anything in how the gun handles, etc. I thought about going with a smaller .40 or 9MM but went only to compact (G19). Really happy with how it conceals OWB.

I would venture most people wouldn't notice an elephant on your shoulder, much less a small bulge under a shirt from a compact carry piece in a good paddle holster (think how eye witness accounts vary; people are not observant). My two cents.

Good luck and Happy Memorial Day!
