He is a personal friend of mine, highly educated and very well respected in the Nashville community. He has a differing opinion from the majority of us, and it should stimulate some very interesting conversations. He is NOT a troll.

Can't understand leaving a statment like that on a gun forum and not answer replies. I would really like to hear where all this makes sense. Kinda sounds like we are all racist and dumb on all issues that being said if we are and he isn't whats he doing here? I look forward to this thread. I won't flame anyone here. I have a friend who is a teacher, she just recently got into guns. She is what I refer to as a conservative Democrat. She did not vote for Obama or any candidate as she had not registered yet when she moved here from Iowa, but she did support Obama. It brought up several interesting discussions. She liked him for his views on education, healthcare, etc. I explained I did not like him because he was a socialist, a hardcore liberal, anti- small business, a gun grabber, and just for a final stick in my craw, a cocky so and so.

Steelharp, he may be a friend and that's cool. We all have different views, but to make your 4th post on a gun forum a giant I heart Obama sticker, is not gonna make alot of friends. Surely that was an understood.

Course, I don't care who likes me. Maybe that's why Mike.357 and I get along.

Remember, there are at least as many out there who disliked McCain for being white as there were that disliked O for being black.

Truth is, most people could care less.

Besides, he's not really black, but Mulatto/Arab.

You shouldn't worry about this bunch violating our constitution, they're more interested in rewriting it to reflect their world view.
