Embedding Image Discovery

Maybe not news to some but I just discovered after all this time of using the Invision interface here, that you can simply paste in any direct link to an off site image. No need to use the "insert other media" interface, saves ya a step.

FWIW - Just recently I too discovered this by accident.  Thought I was copy and pasting some text when all of a sudden an image popped up.  Just one more of those things I have no understanding of how it works but it sure is nice to cut out a step and make things easier!

Yea, the system will detect images and give you the option to insert the image or a link.  I like that it also lets you highlight part of a post and allow you to quote the highlighted portion, saves a bunch of deleting.
