Have any of you heard whether expansion maps or additional missions are planned for L4D? My wife and I used to play this game for hours on end but it's gotten to where we're kind of bored of it now. Some new maps or missions would really be cool.

The sale was extended until the 17th! Half off... can not beat that.

And yes there is a free update coming in the spring for it. It includes a new movie and game mode.

DEFINITELY pick up COD4, but I would rent Bad Company before I bought it if I were you... I did, and I didn't buy it. It had cool aspects, like the 100% destructible environments, but it's not anywhere NEAR the same league as COD4.

Do the PC and 360 games work together? We only have one 360 and the game is pretty tough on split screen, but if we could run it on the computer and join a party on the 360 that would work out nicely.

Nope. You can't play across platforms. In other zombie related news, Call of Duty: World at War has an awesome zombie mode for co-op play. I kind of gave up L4D until the downloadable content comes out for it later this month and have been playing World at War of late.
