Middle Tennessee Shooters Club in Manchester will be hosting a 5 stage falling steel match on Sunday October 8th. Round count will be approximately 150 but bring more ammo than that in case you miss. We will recognize the following divisions: production, any iron sighted  pistol up to ten rounds. Limited, any iron sighted pistol with 140mm mags. Open, any dot pistol with no mag limits. Pcc, pistol caliber carbine in 9mm, .40, or .45 no restrictions on accessories or mags. Standard shotgun, semi auto shotgun with 9 rounds at start. Manual shotgun, pump shotgun with 9 rounds at start. Open shotgun, mag fed or speed loader shotguns no limitations on accessories or mags.

We will most likely limit it to entry in one division except for those who show up for set up the day before at 0900. Set up help on Saturday can shoot two divisions. Every one is welcome to come help.

There will be a link for early registration on practiscore, look back here for the link. You can also sign up at the range the morning of the match. Sign in will be from 1100 to noon and we'll get started shortly thereafter. Match fee is $20 for non members and $15 for members.

I can be reached at sumocrp@aol.com with any questions.

Ok - which one of you bastidges is stealing all my pistol ammo?  I just checked my stash and I SWEAR I'm not shooting it that fast!  Oh well, back to the big blue grind to crank out some more...

So a stock Canik elite 9mm an a Glock 22 can compete in limited?

Yes, or you can load your magazines to 10 rounds and shoot production.

I was hoping to post an update about good weather this weekend, oh well. We'll be shooting rain or shine, at least there are no paper targets to worry about. Don't forget your rain gear.

Thanks to everyone who braved the rain.  This was the most challenging pistol match I have shot in a long time.  Hard on the ego; GREAT for the skills!
