Tom's putting on the 3-gun shoot this Sunday at ORSA.

Shooters,

We're on rain, snow or shine this Sunday at 1 PM EST. (Try to show up by 12:30)

Stages are on the website as usual (http://www.orsamultigun.com).

Pre-registration is appreciated.

We're also trying a new rifle target to make things a little more challenging. The "dots" are numbered 2" circles on a sheet of paper. Instead of pasting over these targets, each shooter will be given their dot targets at registration along with their score sheet and will just staple their target to the cardboard when it's their turn to shoot.

As you can see from the stage descriptions online, we'll be shooting some of these at very close range and some as far away as possible (about 25-30 yrds) so make sure you've got your rifle zeroed before you come. FTN penalties will typically be lower for these than for standard IPSC targets.

Also, I'd like your opinions on a potential change to the match that gives shooters a "mulligan" and lets them reshoot a stage. Email me directly or discuss in this forum: http://orsaidpa.com/discussion/index.php?topic=71.0

Finally, for the new or future ORSA club members looking for a sponsor, don't forget to bring your paper for a member to sign!

warm regards,

-tom
