Yep, back to the drawing board to fabricate some other way to deny good people from protecting themselves.

It needs to go to the SCOTUS. One Federal Court has upheld it (9th) and one has shot it down (DC). I can’t find where any other Federal Districts have ruled on it.

Even if you can get a carry license in DC, you should read all the restrictions that you have.  It is probably as bad or worse than the Illinois carry licenses.  There is a list of twenty to twenty five places where you cannot carry a gun.  How anyone can be expected to remember that is crazy.  Of course that is the whole point is to make legal carry so difficult that good people just don't want to carry or that they get caught breaking a law and hassled by the legal system.

Why we as owners and the industry in general aren't throwing gobs of money at him I will never understand. He is just full of winning...

This came from a 3 judge panel.  It will be appealed to the full appeals court and probably overturned, just like what happened in the 9th district.
