My Tacoma has a plug in the bed, it won't work unless the engine is running, 400 watts parked and 100 watt when moving.  I use mine to run a chainsaw blade sharpener, and 4" grinder from Harbor Freight (better brands draw too much power) and once to run their pole saw, which you had to start it off slow or it would trip the circuit, but it was good enough to finish clearing branches away from the site I was having a carport erected on.

Someone needs to invent a device you can plug into a car to pull the power out of its batteries and into your car. A high-tech siphon, so to speak.

I am guessing the right ends on a correct sized charging cord might work. Unless you need something to regulate it.

This is just a stab in the dark as I have no idea. But I’d be willing to bet there’s circuitry designed to not allow it to flow the opposite direction it it was intended to flow.
