Nashville Fireworks Show--No Guns Allowed???

Recommended Posts

I saw on the news that security was wanding people attending the Nashville fireworks show at some location downtown--but they were not specific.  Just wondering if anyone went and could tell us what actually happened as far as banning weapons.

I just heard on the news that one person got shot in the crowd but they said they could not tell where the shot came from but they think some one fired a round into the air and when it came back down it hit a 48 year old man in the chest and he was hospitalized. He said it felt like someone hit him with a bottle of water in the chest till he saw the blood.

I am sure it was no one at the event downtown.  Some idiot within a 1.5 mile radius.

yea, the police said it could have come from any direction from 1 to 2 miles away at shot into the air in celebration. Only an idiot does that but then there are few of those out there, especially when alcohol is involved...........JMHO
