I picked up my new toy today. Bought it up in JC.

It is a Ruger SP101:up:. It is used but I got an unbelievable deal on it. I got it for less than I had been told it was last week and then even less than I was told it was yesterday when I called to see if they still had it.

I am stoked:D and can't wait to get some trigger time on it tomorrow.

Only down side was when they ran the check on me the TBI said OK but the FBI computers were down. I waited an hour and finally had to move on. They called me 4 hours later and said I had gotten the okay as soon as the system came back up. I was lucky and was still in the area and was able to go back by to pick it up.;)

Now my handle here finally makes sense.

I guess I should mention it is a .357 Mag!!
