Just read the article, wish there were more details... However, she wasnt charged so it must have been a good clean shoot.

ABC news had an article and said about the same thing, but added that he had made threats against the woman already. He came to her door with the rifle and opened the door and shot him. Again, no charges were filed.

When someone threatens you and then shows up at your door with a rifle the requirements for the use of deadly force have been met. She believed she was in danger of death or great bodily harm. More importantly; I’m sure a jury would also.

With as many domestic disputes that end up with the woman being killed and either the guy then killing himself or going to jail at taxpayer expense I say give her a medal because the bad guy is dead and she is alive because she did the right thing................jmho
