Experience with C308?

I've been offered a C308 in trade. Watching and reading reviews is frustrating, as they are all over the place. I get it that Century-involved guns can be hit or miss.

That said, any actual (former)owners?

I had the opportunity to compare the C308 to the PTR at Bud's.

If I was going this direction, PTR.

Will also mention for a 5'9" guy, the charging handle position  not user friendly

I have never handled a Century, but they (century) have a lot of quality control issues, but I do have a Hesse arms H91 which is another Cetme pattern and I have had zero problems or complaints about mine. I think I would look it over very carefully before committing to it.
