Make sure you leave enough room between you and the vehicle in front of you so that you can maneuver out and gas it. I don't think many of us are going to out draw a guy with a gun already on you, in a car or out on the street.

Look him in the eyes and tell him he can have my car if he kisses me passionatly. Either it will get so weird he will want to leave me alone or it will distract him enough that I can draw my gun. Plot twist: I give him corona so he's done anyway.
