The awesome days before the ‘68 GCA when you could order that stuff through mail order.

That would be wild to order something like that now. I can imagine getting that in the mail. The post office will  freakout bad if you send a gun in the mail today.

Thing is, If you didn't tell them and the box is not marked, you could be getting back issues of Knitting Monthly for all they know. 

 

BTW, I want to order ALL the guns you used to be able to catalog order. lol

I thought long guns could be ship via USP in state. I'm almost sure I remember buying one that was shipped via the post office. At the time I thought it was strange and it was delivered in a separate delivery from our regular mail and a different person.

I sent a POS Mossberg AT100 back to Eagle Pass, Texas. I had to take the bolt apart. Its best that the Post office workers don't know whats in the box.
