A bit of searching around and I found this online. Italian howitzer circa the First World War. It was a mobile gun but was not self propelled. Designed in 1908 and built between 1914 and 1917, a total of 44 were built by Armstrong-Pozzuoli and Vickers-Terni. This howitzer was 305 mm.

Wow. Wonder how many mules it took to haul that around?  I dare say the classic "20 mule team" wouldn't be adequate.

A woman that likes wheel guns and old Chevy trucks, my kinda lady. Any idea what year this was taken?

Don't really know. Truck is late 40s early 50s and doesn't look very new. Best guess would be mid to late 50s.

Maybe this makes me a jerk, (I hope that isn't anyone's relative) and I know that it wasn't common in that era, but are we sure that's a natural born woman? I'm not so sure...

I believe the truck is a 48-53 vintage. Chevy of course.

Another armed lady. I think she needs some instruction on proper use.

If she shoots like that she might end up with a broken nose or at least a hefty bruise on her forehead.

I wonder if she went hunting in that dress.

Looks like she has on hunting shoes, so I bet so.

That is one long shotgun. Anyone got an idea on the make and model?

It looks like a VW Beetle in the background, and not a particularly new one at the time the photo was taken. I'd guess the photo is late 60's/early 70's at the oldest. Could be a current photo with a B&W filter.
