I wonder what Country this kid/soldier is from? Looks like he's holding a Mauser 98 style rifle.

It’s a Mosin-Nagant.

Biggest? Yeah, sure looks like it. Most powerful?  Turns out my FIL was a driver for one of the two prime movers for one of these things (below, example taken at APG in the mid 2000's), a 280 mm atomic cannon, when they were stationed in West Germany during the late 50's - early 60's. I'm gonna wager that gun took the "most powerful" honors. Somewhere around here, I have a couple of curled up black & white photos of their unit barging one of those across a pretty big river in W. Germany.  Kinda brings a wider definition of "Danger Close", I suppose...

I trained to use these party favors as well as the older 155mm W48: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W79

Are you sure? I know you can't see it great in the pic but, looks like a Mauser cage type bayonet lug. You also can't see a Mosin single stack mag floorplate either.

You know, I think you’re right. I think it might be a Polish K-29

Are you sure?   I’m not so sure.  It’s definitely not, in any way, a mosin.  Haha

Pretty girl with a Mauser. Probably got hairy armpits though.

If you are looking at the armpits you are looking at the wrong parts...😂

That’s a DOT violation.
