Finally got the Hakim in and completed the trio ( Ljungman, Rasheed, & Hakim)   The Garand just happened to be in the same room, so it too made it into the picture.   Sorry for the crappy lighting and the wrinkles in the background

MG 13 mags can be made to work in the Hakim. I'm sure you know to be selective about surplus ammo for these. You'll need a good gas tool of coarse. They are amazing shooters even with steel case Romanian. Never shoot any Turk in these. Sunfish

I have one MG13 mag that came with the Ljungman, haven't tried it to see if it also holds 8mm for the Hakim. And I have a good gas tool, I cheaped out the first time and the brass tool bent on me trying to get the Rasheed's screw unstuck, but they're all working properly now.  And as far as ammo, I have PPU

Awesome! I'm looking for a Ljungman and Hakim myself. I picked up a Rasheed about 2 years ago. I felt fortunate to find that rare bird. Hopefully in the coming years I'll happen upon them. Need a Maadi AK as well.

Beautiful collection. I've thought about adding a Ljungman to my collection since I already have several rifles in 6.5x55mm, but other interests always seem to take priority...or I can't get off my wallet!
