Saw them on Tennessee Cross Roads. It's a husband and wife team. They seem to be very likeable and are focused on quality.

My dad saw them on Cross Roads and told me about them.  I like their blades but would like to hear from someone who has used one.

Nice stuff, but I agree on the price. My family abuses the kitchen knives too much to drop that much on them. That is why my nice knives stay out of sight.

My wife is a wonderful woman. She puts up with me.

But that being said, she has no business picking up a knife of any kind. Granted it has been a while since this happened; but she is very prone to cutting herself. Better now than in the past, but we still don't have really sharp knives in the utensil drawer.
