A few sheaths

Those are a few I've done in the past few months. I'm hoping as I learn and progress I can turn them out faster. It still takes me a long time to roll one out.

But, I think I'm ready to start charging for the work. At least I hope so.

Nice! I picked up a blade from GT a while back for my father in law,  I would like to get one made for it some time.

Looks like some good solid work. Are you hand stitching?

Yes sir, it's all hand stitched. Sometimes I wish I had a machine, but there's something therapeutic about it.

I'd be honored to do it for one of his blades. I hope to get one for myself one day.

I understand. I am still at the piddling stage, but I like sitting with my lacing pony. My only issues is that I stress over the design long before I even start making it. I over plan things like that.

That's my problem too. It sometimes takes me at least a day or two to get started and make the first cut.

Can you make one for an Australian Sheep knife?

Blade is 5.5"L x 1.5"H x 3/16"W  [hollow ground both sides]

Edit: Well, never mind.....guess that didn't work.

I'll pm my email to you and you can send me a picture that way (I think). I'm sure I can though.

I'd like to say yes, but I really doubt it. I've only made one without having the knife there. I took a tracing of the guy's knife, and exact measurements. Somehow pulled it off, but I was sure nervous about it. It's definitely better to have the knife on hand to make sure I get a good fit.
