If I was her, I would give up smoking. The counter would have possible stopped the bullets if she had been behind it.

Good for her that she was aware enough to get her gun clear and make the shots. Shows she has some training not to freeze up when getting shot at.

This is the reason I never wanted to work night shift at a convenience store.  In some cities you would be safer shipping out to Afghanistan.
