If he's lucky, he owns the range...otherwise he won't be allowed to shoot or train there if the proprietor has the common sense this guy lacked when putting his finger on the trigger right before the shot went off.

His face sure got red, didn't it. And did you read comments where this vid was posted?  "Typical Trump Supporter," etc. They've got to make everything about liberal vs. American. (See? I can play their stupid game too!).

Btw, I've got a .44 mag with a similar trigger. Once you cock it, you only have to THINK trigger for it to fire.

Smith and Wessons with a cocked hammer are not to be trifled with.

I'd be curious to know  where the round he touched off into the overhead ceiling ended up at. Other then that I'll only say that overconfidence and compliancy  have bitten more then one shooter or for that matter firearms instructor in the rear...

If you make it through life without ever having an AD then you're lucky. I'll say it's been a long time for me but years ago I had that humbling moment. I was alone, I damaged nothing more than dirt, and no one had it on camera. I still remember it and to this day it has made me a safer gun owner.

This characters arrogance and over confidence were his downfall. I hope he ultimately was humbled by this. We are responsible for the path of every bullet we fire. I hope that one came to rest harmlessly.

I'm sure he will remember it!  A .44 mag isn't the best gun to use for instruction.
