So Who Else Had Storm Damage From Last Night?

I have had a few trees blown over and my insurance was great about fixing the damage. They even covered my riding mower that a limb bounced off of. BUT, they always said the tree was not covered and was my issue to deal with.... Sucks clearing a 3 foot thick Poplar by hand.

I had a near lightning strike, and lost my Internet modem and router. No trees or other damage this time, but there's been plenty in the past.

Be glad it was poplar...

Maybe if it had been oak or maple I could have gotten a mill or someone to take it off my hands. I hate to see that much wood go to waste, but no one wants it unless you cut, split and deliver it...then they want it free...
