Ok, I remember you from last year, I'm going to try to give some other classes this year as well, still trying to iron out what they will be, what other classes would you like to see? I will put you on the list

I would like the information as well.

My biggest thing I would like to learn is mushrooms. I normally stick to things I know so all I have been cooking up has been morels but would like to recognize a few more that are safe and easily recognized.

Thanks

I've attended Highwalker's class twice (once myself, brought the family + dog a second time), and would highly recommend it. It's a great time, lots of knowledge (bring a notebook and something to take pictures!), and a fantastic hike in a gorgeous valley. And he's a gracious host as well.

Thanks! My memory fails so I will benefit if you just went over the same items. I do have an interest in mushrooms as well but haven't searched for any yet. Perhaps some topics like the various nut producing trees and passion fruit vines. Trapping and such would also be cool.

The sunchokes you hooked me up with grew to about 8'! Incredible!
