That 11.7 is slow for my combo.

Found out my friend didn't seal the intake rocker arm bolts causing it to suck oil in the cylinders. Plus I got a crap MAF only tune by a friend of his.

We were running less timing than a Cadillac CTSV on a n/a L99 +E85 and still getting knock retard. It pulled timing and all so much that power on the dyno dropped after 5600 rpm's instead of climbing to 6,800 where the cam peaks power.

Not to mention, I left at idle, on a all season tire with TC on.... no DR's or slicks.

So don't worry, n/a next year it would have been much faster. Especially on a sticky tire.

But I'm not waiting for the new baseline n/a run because I'm going ProCharged. :D

My current "Gentleman's Hotrod."

Cadillac CTS V-Sport. Twin turbo V-6, 420HP. 0-60 in 4.4 seconds, 1/4 mile in 12.8 seconds, top speed 172mph.

Had to "Import" it in from Texas.  Cadillac only makes about 500-600 of them a year.

Well done sir!  I just got a Vsport last month,  and from the same dealership! The drive home to mid-TN was quite enjoyable  :)

Still waiting on the DSX Auxiliary Fuel Pump kit

Looking for a good boost gauge. Can't seem to find any info on which is the best.

Auxiliary pumps make me nervous. Why not set up a PWM on one big pump. If the auxiliary fails under boost, you'll go lean. I've had guys tell me it's a non-issue, but honestly don't know

Any fuel pump can fail.

Even the stock in-tank pumps and all their after-market replacements.

I lost a motor to a 100 shot of nitrous over a bad in-tank pump once.

That said, it really is a none issue.

Most superchargers and nitrous kits come packaged with a similar pump.

I've seen a lot of cars running these DSX setup with zero issuess.

One is a friend of mine with a 10.3 sec Cadillac CTSV at 4400lbs race weight.

With 3.9” pulley it made 723rwhp @ 14.5psi on 93 pump.

Timing dialed back to 13 degrees peak for daily driver reliability.

Shop said e85 will be around 800rwhp.

Trans started slipping, so...

I got a Stage 2 Tim King / TK Performance built Cadillac CTSV 6L90E that is 1,000hp capable.

A custom Driveshaft Shop 3.5” Aluminum 1 piece DS.

Circle D 3400 Pro III Billet multi disc converter.

BMR Driveshaft Safety Loop Black Hammertone

Should be a nice setup that will hold power and last if I can find a good trans tuner.

Working on getting larger trans cooler, trans mount, and trans cross member.

2012 CTSV 6L90 trans I bought for the core.

Really wanted to keep it as a spare since it was a good condition 42k mike takeout, but wanted that $1500 core charge back!

My car and my wife's car.  Hers is wrapped.  Mine is not.  2018 ZL1 1LEs.

Now that’s impressive!

Two ZL1 1LE’s!

I’m probably going to get a ZL1 1LE with the 10L90 in a year or so.

I am seeing low-mileage 2018s sell for UNDER 60k already.

Domestic supercar or not, the Camaro deprecation is still rampant.

I test drove and almost bought this mosaic black ZL1. Just couldn't work out a deal.

I bought my non-1LE ZL1 there.  Walked in and they sent me out the door with it as a "test drive for the rest of the day" with the car lol.  I knew I was going to buy it already, though.

Got my Tim King Stage II 1,000 HP built 6L90 yesterday along with the Circle D LS Series Pro Billet Triple Disc 3200-3400 stall.

Can’t tell much by the outside of the trans, but there it is. :)

Lots more to come!
