Good question for a fair market, but a couple of the milkmen got together and colluded with one another to raise prices.  That is not a fair market when competitors conspire to raise prices.

+1   I have not seen a real price increase for milk I buy in so long I don't remember the last one. I normally pay about $2.59 a gallon which is what I have been paying for it in last 4 or 5 years. They can keep their 5 bucks as far as I'm concerned.........JMHO
