I did 2 at On Target YEARS ago and they did a great job.

Full disclosure, Sean did all the paperwork and he is now at Nashville Armory on Harding place in south Nashville. I have had him do a few transfers there as well if you're willing to drive.

I am about 99.9%, but not 100%, positive they can be mailed in state.

Use to be able too back when ATF supported the mailable 4473s (we'd send affidavits and copies to local LE, etc.) AND us dealers did NOT have to do a background check when picking up ... now it's a double edge issue in TBI requires on 'premise' or in person BG checks AND ATF requires us to do a 4473 on the item being picked up .. they discontinued the mailable 4473 to the best of my knowledge.   Some folks still do but I honestly don't think it's per the letter of the law...

As it relates to dealers ... on a personal note for in-state NFA approvals between 2 non licensed parties seller can mail to buyer once the form is approved .. kinda one of those loopholes like an 18 year old being able to buy private buy personal NFA but a dealer can't transfer to anyone under 21.... or when I was in SC you could legally marry at 17 but couldn't have sex until you were 18 years old ;o)

On Target is set up with a silencer shop kiosk as well. Tylar is the manager there now and is a nice guy. I've not done any transfers with them though.
