It looks like the 2017 Delta Elite 10mm is going to have a rail.  I have always wanted one of these.

I still like them.  If I had more money than I do sense, and if I liked 1911s, i would for sure buy one.

Be careful about taking everything 1911tuner says as gospel.  Here's his CYA statement from the article:

"As long as the headspace is within spec, and/or the barrel ramp…throat…hasn’t been cut so far into the chamber that it loses support forward of the case head…the webbed area of the case…"

Colt's method of barrel throating can cause big problems in something like a 10mm, and it doesn't take 200gr at 1200fps as 1911tuner suggests.

He also ignores the fact that the 10mm has evolved into much hotter round than Col. Cooper originally had in mind.  If you're going to treat your 10mm like a .40, you might as well buy a .40.
