Walther PPS M2 ordered today at Lebanon Gun shop. Should be here Thurs / Fri.  Been eyeing this for a while ever since they came out.

Very similar in looks & feel to my PPQ.  It will be in addition to, not in place of the PPQ. Smaller & easier to conceal/carry in some situations.  Now all I've got to do is wait......patience is NOT one of my virtues, LOL.

9 MM BTW, in black.

The PPS M2 has intrigued me as a carry gun. I bought a G43 last year to replace my XDS 45. I get it home and my wife (gf at the time) picked it up and declared she liked it and wanted to have it as a carry gun instead of her Sig. I gave in and dug my G19 out of the safe to carry. I also have a PPQ that I love to shoot and fits really well in my hand. Curious to hear your impressions of the PPS when you get some range time. I've held one but don't know anyone that has one. I'd like to have another single stack 9 for a carry gun but I can't narrow down what I want just yet. Too many options!

my son has a PPS M1 version. Haven't shot it a bunch but it was pretty nice. It's accurate and does not kill your hand for a small gun. Nice trigger.

I'll do that. Soon as I get the gun & get a chance to send some rounds down range. We'll see how goes.

Thanks.....

Well, received the PPS today, brought it home, cleaned & lubed, ready to go. All appears to be well.

Now I've just got to find a sweet spot in the weather & put a few rds. down range.

Later............ ( haven't forgotten about you Joe )

Took the new PPS out to the woods & fired a few rounds, didn't have time for much. Shoots very well, no issues, very accurate off hand. Can't wait to have a better setup off a bench & see what it'll do without my influence, LOL.

Very pleased with this gun thus far. Shot some Federal factory + some reloads of my own. Never missed a beat.

Looks like my PPQ 40 has found a little brother.

Meprolight sights & PJ kydex OWB holster has arrived, all installed. Just need to check sight alignment & I'm good to go.

Very satisfied with this gun. Mepros work fine as expected, & the holster fits & rides where I wanted, closer to my side.
