Just a quick question i guess. I have been watching the thread for quite a while and would love to come down. I would really like to use this opportunity to shoot different firearms, not just class III. I plan to bring the lady with me, but can/will this be used as an opportunity to do a little swapping. I am really looking to get more guns in her hand before we decide on what she wants to buy. I guess I am asking if people are planning to bring their arsenal or just Class III?

I'm just going for the full auto orgasm.. not bringing my collection.

I'll just say this... nothing you read, or watch, or are told can really prepare you for it. It's not something that can really be described. You just have to do it to understand how freaking cool it is and how difficult it really can be to control them once the muzzle starts to rise.

There is absolutely no comparison to shooting semi auto. Not even shooting semi auto quickly. It's a whole different animal. :)

Yeah, full-auto is indeed a different animal... but with the proper stance and grip (learned through trial, error and instruction), it's pretty easy to progress from stringing shots up the berm to holding them all in a group (or at least a pattern, as I usually manage).

Almost my whole collection is NFA, other than a couple of pistols and an AR or two, and the one that's getting built this weekend will have a can on it, and the other one is still unbuilt.
