Wouldn't affect you one way or the other. You're already supposed to collect sales tax for in-state sales under certain conditions.

eBay use to be a good deal (years ago). Now they are just another on-line retailer. I sure wish another service would start-up for private sales.

Which has little to do with this; just a random thought. biggrin.gif

there's lots of options, none have the ebay clout though.  the problem with ebay is their pricing - 10 years ago their listing/seller fees were reasonable.  then they bought paypal to corner the entire market and just went insane.  They subsequently had to break away from paypal again because of the conflicts, but not much has changed for the good since the day they initially merged.

Basically you can still only pay or get paid with Paypal. Getting charged a final fee on shipping charges is a crock too.
