Thanksgiving 2016... what's cooking?

...and it came out fantastic.  Though I do think the thermometer in my oven is a bit off based on the cooking times.  Either way, yum.

I cheated, no frozen dinner.. Went to Denny's cause there was a 20% off coupon laying on the counter lol

I would take this meal over turkey and fixings any day of the week.

We kept it simple.  A turkey breast, Stuffing, and Cranberries for dessert Pumpkin pie with Ice Cream.

Got a 9lb Boston Butt going on a long slow smoke overnight tonight.  The neighbors are getting hungry right now and probably have no idea why.  The smoke is hanging in the air all around.

MMMM. I know I enjoyed mine. I'll use leftovers tomorrow with blackeyed peas, peppers, onions, garlic, and tomatoes.
