  1. I think my grandfather has one of these in his safe that he has probably never shot...just a safe queen like most of his stuff is.
  2. I dont have one but this looks like a good price for an AK to me.
  3. Even still, I paid 35 at walmart for a 100 rd box. $8.54 Would be way worth it. Is that $4 less worth the hassle to cast your lead?

Check out Widener's. I'>Widener's Reloading and Shooting Supply INC assume you could have an FFL dealer order one from them for ya or if you have a CCL you can do it yourself. I have toyed with the idea of getting one just to have...like magiccarpetrides said, they may get harder to find. Kinda the same reason I bought a mosin.
  5. I more or less have posted this out of frustration I guess.
  6. I do buy it from walmart...I just spent 70 bucks on 150 rounds of combined 45 and 357 and I know this is kinda taboo to put my trust in someone else. I would want it to be someone who frequents this forum and has a good rep. I'm not expecting any takers, I just thought I would throw that idea out there.
  7. I am looking for someone that would reload some rounds for me. I don't have money to spend on a reloading press nor the time it takes to do it. Is there anyone out there, preferably close to me, that wouldn't mind doing this for me? I shoot 45 acp , 38 spl and 357 magnum rounds. Oh yeah, and you are required to know what you are doing...and not just throw some powder in there.
  8. Well Farm Bureau does my insurance. I guess it would be the best idea to do full coverage on a bike.
  9. Thanks everyone for the input. Going back through I can say that I just need something to get into the riding business. I always have loved the loudest bikes on the road so no need worrying about that. If I were to end up in a Jap, I probably would change the pipes to make it how I like it. The longest distance I would be riding is possibly 27 miles one way to ETSU and back on the 11-E, so needing a "comfort" bike is not entirely necessary.
  10. Well I am about 6'3" and right now, the most I would want out of a bike is to have one to ride in good weather, and possibly commute 27 miles to ETSU campus. That's really all I would be about for now. No day long trips lol.
  11. I am very green to motorcycles and need some advice. I know I want a cruiser of some type. I will say I want something comparable to a Harley Sportster, but I want to buy a used, well maintained, cheap bike. So would it be best to go with Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, or the actual Harley? I am on a limited budget. Unfortunately, the cheapest sportsters I have found are at the cap of my funds, 3k. I know as a new rider that I should stick with smaller engine sizes and work my way up. I was advised not to go over 800cc. Should I know of any model years to stay away from? Any and all input would be appreciated. I am in no hurry. Just please try to stay away from the brand name wars or made in usa, not in usa arguments.
  12. One day I'm gonna sit down and blow through 100 rounds in one setting and see if I have a shoulder left when I'm done!
  13. Hell this is how I got treated by Washington Co. Sheriff's department at 1 am...4 police cars and 7 cops for a moving violation.
  14. I agree with the picketer...we pay them to serve us, so we shouldn't need their consent to record them. If they have a problem with it, then hell, don't be a policeman!

    FN FAL help

This is a very long, yet one of the most informative videos I have ever seen on a gun. This should give you more than enough to know all about your FAL. is buddy John knows his stuff.
  16. Gah we all know that will blow up the media.
  17. School, Work, the movies...can't think of any other atm but i'm sure there's a few more.
  18. BWHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. I would buy this! Ever think of having a side job???
  20. My name is Joe. Both of these taken with crappy cell phones.
  21. Not surprised about who did it.
  22. PS3 is my console, GuttaJoe is the username. I made it to level 30 solo on Kino der Toten once. Personally, the ray gun is cute but I am trying to figure out how to come by a thunder gun.
  23. I too like this idea.
  24. Yeah I was thinking it would be ideal for home defense...load one tube with birdshot and the other with buck or slugs and then use whichever round you want depending on what's behind the invader. It's also supposed to have a threaded barrel so maybe they will make a breaching choke for it too.
  25. Is this gun on anyone else's list? I think it looks pretty good myself. And it's 7+7+1 in the chamber if you wish! I'm never gonna need another "regular" shotgun, so I think this will make my list as a novelty.
