  1. We have a 98 Starcraft that has been basement kept all it's life, but we never have mastered the electrical gremlins that popped up with the converter. :/
  2. I really like the Rambo movies. He and I both like big guns and tanks and helicopters and ripping people to shreds with 50 cals mounted on the back of jeeps.... and my name is Joe, thus Ramjo was born.   Back when I used to be into stereos and big bass, rims, etc, my friends called me guttajoe and slojoe LOL. guttajoe b/c of the music and slojoe b/c my rims were 20" and so out of round that if i drove more than 50mph it felt like driving over speed bumps.   I like Ramjo better.
  3. Let's just pull the old democratic trick and sign it for our dead relatives, cats and dogs too...maybe even the big tree in the back yard would like to sign it.
  4. Better vote against both parties. All they seem to do anymore is put up rhinos for the republican seat, and we already know you can't trust the dums.
  5. Very nice presentation.
  6. Hmmm googling how to block IR scanner...   And the answer would be enough of any dense material...like lead.
  7. **** Obama. Milsurps are the main reason I'm even really into collecting firearms. This will send prices through the roof in a way I can't imagine.
  8. Yeah and it shoots a lot straighter than I do.
  9. You have an early one too. Mine is a 1900.
  10. I guess I'm covered there since I've got both!
  11. Yes, I am familiar with hickoks video and going market prices for good rifles. What I'm not familiar with is buying from aim. Is the C&R required?
  12. I like the idea of owning another milsurps, but why about the claims of wandering zero and all that with the jungle carbines? Anyone ever experience that for theirself?
  13. Poor bugger  :puke: Sorry, I have that reaction every time I see a cut up piece of history.
  14. Hmmmm wants to bust his ass for a living and raise his family...sounds like a great American to me! Welcome to Tennessee.
  15. This is what I wish I could build. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=361032181
  16. And there's why I don't think I could use the sten kit lol
  17. Very nice!
  18. I had no idea there was a lifetime membership.
  19. Thanks for the tip on the 30s. I was fixing to buy two off a friend but I guess I better test them out first.
  20. Lol give in!
  21. You better buy now. They only had 10 when I bought this one.
  22. Well I will update. I did not find a troop tag under the buttstock, but I figured as much, since the butt of the rifle looks unused. This baby has a 1943 date, but was probably in an arsenal, or has had a stock replaced and refinish on the metal surfaces by an arsenal. I shot at my 120 some yard 8 inch plate and hit on the second shot. First one I probably messed up trying to figure out where to aim. It knocked it off the shepherds hook.
  23. I would have to say that it and my Swedish Mauser and then my 1903A3 are probably the most accurate things I have.
  24. The grip is made different but they are the same gun.
  25. Thank you sir. I can't believe I got one that looks this good either. It doesn't even have a beat up buttstock. I went with the beach wood cause all my other milsurps are walnut or a dark wood. It will be the white sheep of the family lol.
