I've never shot in this kind of match,but I plan on getting involved soon. I'd like to get some ideas about what equipment is required and allowed by the rules. can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

  That is exactly what it is. These events are happening all over the city, from what I've read, not the hood. Rather than worry about tourists going armed, the city should be worried that tourism will cease completely in Chicago.  I wouldn't go there now for any reason.

I agree with cami.....sounds like a moocher to me.  I'd boot his arse out the door like you did. 

I think a good scope and bags and some good ammo would be a lot of fun at 50 yards.

Has anyone ever owned or shot one of these in 22.LR? I'm thinking seriously about getting one. I saw a youtube video and it was grouping dime size groups at 100 yards, and was not even using eley match ammo. at 50 yards this thing might be a nail driver...any thoughts? I just bought this on Saturday and it rained all weekend long. According to UPS tracking I'll be getting 6 - 50 round boxes of 40S&W on Friday. So, it's to the RANGE on Saturday to try this baby out.   I asked about this at the DMV.  They said they are split up so that the HCP can be pulled due to a violation and you still retain the DL and visey versey.

  That pretty much sums it all up for me also, except I don't ever see see those on the government tit suffering since the liberals refuse to cut any of their voting base entitlements.  They make a living wage off of that same tit from cradle to grave and that is all they want. Complacency has replaced pride in self, in country, and in freedom. They just take what the tit offers and complain about those with jobs and money.  You can't run fast enough to throw a job on most of them though.    The only thing that MIGHT change is the black vote since Hilliary is white. I doubt the churches will bus voters to the booth for her, but you never know,  I'm sure  that BHO will be right there hugging and supporting whomever wins the nomination. Then there will be the millions of illegals that are made legal in the next 3 years.  That could make up for it.    Depending on the conservative nominee, I just may vote Libertarian for the first time in my life.

Obama's past is filled with the most active radical haters of free America and Marxist worshipers of the past 60 or 70 years.  Many were teaching in our universities, including convicted bomber Bill Ayers. Even his preacher was a hater of America. Some of them are dead now. Obama is said to be a smart man, but I don't think he's smart enough to orchestrate all of the methods he's used to undermine our freedoms and of life in America. He's had a lot of guidance and help.  I have been wondering for a while now, who is pulling his strings.....or what organization is guiding him toward their goals.  I kinda think that information is tucked away with his college records and how he was able to pay for that Harvard education even though he'd never held a job.

The progressive, liberal, left wing, Socialist Marxist party has nothing but lies and deceit and a hand fed voter base to rely on to get their agenda pushed through.  Add that to a conservative party that tries to push the car down the road from all four sides at once and you can see where our freedoms and country are headed.

Well, all I can say is every new gun I purchase is stripped, cleaned oiled and greased before I take it to the range.  Maybe unnecessarily, but that's just something I've always done and it removes all doubt. I usually do the used ones I get too.  You would be surprised what you find in some firearms sometimes, even though they look great on the outside.  I have a P95 that will eat the Walmart Federals all day long.  That's what I took for my HCP.  P95 and Walmart Federals.

LOL.....I hear ya ETP.....I'm past the ammo crisis.....Now I just want to see boolits, powders, brasses and my freak'n dies from DILLON..!!!!  If I seem stressed out about this, it's because I am....LOL
