I understand the freedom to spend where we want. I was just rather shocked about a TM fund with the state prosecuting and the poor little guy dead and buried. I was amazed their wad a TM fund...that's all.

Your statement completely ignores the statements made by Zimmerman. 1. That he cried out for help repeatedly, but no help came. 2. That Zimmermans head was being bashed against the ground by someone younger and in much better shape and at least 4" taller, with several inches of reach on him and on top of him and would not stop the beating. 3. That Martin saw his gun and was trying to get it out of his holster, escalating the danger to Zimmerman. This is a far cry from "went right to deadly force."

I read the following column with dismay. I think we all know who gave the order to stand down and let Americans die at the hands of terrorist in Benghazi. Not only can but did. There's not even a question about that. its in the report. having boxed years ago, a person that's 6'3 has a tremendous reach advantage over a person several inches shorter . this far outweighs any weight advantage. seems like everyone has forgotten the statement that martin saw the gun while beating z'man's head on the concrete after jumping him on his way back to his truck and was trying to get it from him. this was self defense in every way until the liberal misinformation specialist got in on it.

20 years ago I would be in the same frame of mind. Now, I'm 60 years old, severe arthritis in left wrist from breaking it 20 years ago, worn out knee that should have been replaced 3 years ago and has seen several surgeries, a pinned ankle and an anchor in my shoulder. I also have 3 degenerated discs......My fighting days are over. I will not be a punching or kicking bag for no man.   You're correct. Opinion is the word I should have used, and yes we do all have one. Speaking of opinions, none of us have been  presented with any true unadulterated evidence. All we have been presented with is the conflicting, politically motivated and racially motivated opinions of a news media that has gone stark raving mad, a condition that continues to get worse as time passes.

I can't afford one, but I'm really trying to sell the 3 neighbors that border my property on why they need one.... :rofl:

  A DA that does his job the way the community wants him too, rather than according to the law should be fired, not one that tries to abide by the law.  It seems to me you have already convicted a man and judged him according to what the media has said since none of us knows what the outcome will be, nor do we know all the facts in the case since we were not there and in his shoes. I know I'd hate to face a jury of 12 with the attitude you are showing. 

Ok..here is a question I've wondered about. If a situation like we are discussing arises, is it legit to inform the big ass beater that you are armed and just want to be on your way? Or even reach into your pocket but do not draw while stating the same sentence?
