I've got a guitar and a handgun sitting in my back bedroom and they've been there a couple of months. I have yet to hear the first note from the guitar......and not a shot fired by the gun. I guess the ones the liberals own are different than mine.

I want to one there back several months ago. Got some reloading supplies from David and that was all I bought, but of course ammo was high, and black guns were still scarce. Quite a few people were bringing guns in to trade but I didn't see anything I needed. Things have improved though since then,it might be well worth checking it out.

I bought a couple a month ago and put them on then. I never use outdoor faucets in winter. My daughter looked every where and found none. My wife got on the phone and managed to get a place that said they was out to look in back and they found an unopened box. Daughter got 2 and problem was solved.

I think this policy would go a long way to getting 22 ammo back to normal if they can maintain it and keep their employees honest. I'd bet a large percentage of the scalper ammo supply comes from walmart.

I'd say your are correct. I also say those LEOS will agree and understand exactly what I meant. I'm sure they get sick of watching the others abuse their powers and cross the line.

I just wish LEO's would abide by these rights and stop violating the rights of citizens. Every time they do, they personally chip away at the rights of us all, including their friends, family, and themselves moving us a little closer to a police state.

Well, that article was from 2007, but I do agree with you DaveS that the stand your ground laws just make sense. Retreat in the face of a criminal is not always possible due to many uncontrollable factors and a victims abilities (older, physically unable, etc.) and just plain stupid. Retreat will do no more to increase your chances of survival than begging for mercy in the face of a criminal. It will actually make the attacker more bold. A criminal confronted with a flash from a firearm being shot at their arse however sends a strong message and most of the time from what I've read, puts the criminal in "get the hell outta Dodge" mode or saves the state a ton of money on room and board, if you know what I mean. Either one is much more appealing than say, a woman performing the famous Liberal 3-P (PEE-PUKE-POOP on yourself) method of deterring a rapist for example.
