  2. Thanks for the reply. We have a plan now.
  3. .Thank you for the replies. He's deserving of all suggestions and just may get them.
  4. Wow....Totally empty remarks to a serious question.
  5. An officer recently went out of his way to perform an extreme act of support and kindness to someone I know. People associated with that person have stated that they want to do something in the form of a small gift as a token of their appreciation. Is this permissible? If not what would be?
  6. I've been wondering about that myself. Lot's of stuff yet to go.
  7. That is a great design and excellent knife. Great Job.
  8. That just goes to show you, even if there's a shortage of wimmen folks.....the same thing gets old over time to some people. That goes both ways too I suppose. LOL
  9. Guns are always for sale in Nashville. Free venison is available in Nashville....... I'm gonna have to move to Nashville!!!  LOL    That is a generous offer.  Wish I was closer.
  10. Thanks you CJDore.
  11. Good story Bersa.  I have friends and a cousin that guide on Chickamauga for bass and crappie and they have pictures of what these nets do. They kill everything that gets in them. It is indiscriminate killing. It's no different than people going hunting and killing hundreds of deer and picking out the choice bucks and leaving the rest to rot. That's my opinion anyway. Some of theses nets are hundreds of feet long and some of these guys will close off an entire slough which is especially bad when the bass, crappie, stripe or whatever is migrating into these areas to bed.  If you look at the regulations, Gill nets are illegal in many lakes for this reason. Why they let it happen in Chickamauga, which is a nationally rated top 20 lake, is beyond me. Here's some pics that have been taken of Chickamauga lake gill nets.  These guys claim they very rarely catch bass....well they are lying. Scroll down this facebook page below. It's an outrage.   https://www.facebook.com/Ban-Gill-Nets-On-Chickamauga-Lake-1394974204157152/?fref=ts
  12. He's an amazing person. I saw a special about him and he made all of the dummies himself and they were all very technically made. He makes everything and even paints them. Himself.
  13. Peanut and achmed are my favorites by far.
  14. I'd hate to think I had a business that relied on new customers to stay open due to my own ignorance.
  15.   What's your secret musicman?  I haven't seen any for that cents the shortage began.
  16. Dang....that's a classic rifle they are using. A Remington 552 Speedmaster!!  That was my first 22 rifle I ever owned. I sure wish I had it now.
  17. I'm not so sure we'll ever see 22lr for less than 6 cents a round again.
  18. I'm hoping everyone on here that loves fishing and/or has ever fished The Chick will sign this. It may not do any good, but I know doing nothing will not help at all. Everybody talks about these commercial fisherman "just feeding their families" and "I've been doing this for years and have caught only a handful of gamefish in all those years..."  but hey. It's not the commercial fishermen themselves to me, it's the way they are going about it. Gill nets kill fish and they do not discriminate. They kill all of them that get caught. A lot of huge bass are getting caught in these nets and these people may as well just use dynamite. That's my feelings anyway and I'll never change my mind on this.  If you feel like this is something you want to help out with the awareness of whats going on, then spread the word and sign the petition. If not, well, just continue with your day. Thanks.   https://www.change.org/p/wildlife-commission-and-twra-ban-gill-nets-on-chickamauga-and-nickajack-lakes?recruiter=41617697&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=share_facebook_responsive&utm_term=des-lg-no_src-no_msg&fb_ref=Default
  19. I like Jeff Dunham and Achmed talking about his 72 virgins and Jeff asks him "wait....does it specifically state that all 72 are female?"
  20. We hated comcast for many reasons, but especially their lack of customer service. EPBFI is full fiber right to your house. We have the base 100 gig service. Our computers are running through a router and are not capable of running that fast. We had the 50, but they gave everyone a free bump up to the 100 several months ago. Their customer service is great. We've had very few issues in 5 years, but when we did they were out the same day most of the time.
  21.       Yes. It's the fiber network we have in the Chattanooga area. Sorry about that. LOL.  It's really good!! All I have is the TV and Internet.
  22. Might be true. His name still showed up in the credits last week if I remember correctly.   Update: I just went back and looked and Steven Yuen did not show in the credits, but he did show up on the preview on EPBFI here in Chattanooga
  23. "I would just like to thank my company for screwing up my flights and landing me in the worse place on earth."      It seems he ain't where he was supposed to be.  At least he escaped! Gonna be a good story no doubt!!!
  24. Dang....I wish MY wife would fix me a breakfast like that..!!!! LOL.
  25. Beautiful knife. That would be great with a horizontal sheath.
