How could anyone do this to a John Browning Design?
Randall53 replied to Pete123's topic in Curio, Relics and Black Powder
It looks like someone made that thing with a peanut grinder and rat tail files!! -
I use Edge frequently when and I like some of it's features, especially the Reading View when I'm reading news, sports hunting stories etc. It makes articles much easier to read by stripping away all the garbage on the page. For general browsing though, I use Opera. It's really fast and does a great job for me. It's especially easy to add favorites in Opera and the favorites bar is great.

Maybe we should ask our children's Doctors if they are into child porn. It's for my child's own safety of course. I sure don't want my child's doctor to be a pervert and be putting my child at risk.

LMAO.....I was thinking the exact same thing.

I've been using this for a few months. I'd even forgotten it was there. It does a good job. You can pause it anytime you want. You can pay, or not pay as you choose to do. https://getadblock.com

Seecamp 380. It's the smallest 380 made and is all SS.

There's lots of stories out there about that topic. You'd think the ACLU and all the others usually screaming about separation of church and state, prayer in schools, and all the atheists would be marching in the streets and city halls with law suits in hand. I suppose separation of mosque and state don't count though.

LOL....Very good. I copied and put into an email to some friends. Thanks!

Well, it sounds like we have two roads to take that go to the same place. Screwed if we vote for him and screwed if we don't.

If they would bring anything in that resembled IDPA it would be great. The ability to move in a more realistic scenario such as at Cleveland and requiring a mag change in each stage is what makes the IDPA so valuable IMO and is excellent practice and much more fun that standing in one spot and shooting a target. I don't see it happening at CRC, but maybe things will change.

The CRC matches you're speaking of are nothing like IDPA or USPSA. I watched a few matches a couple of years ago, but never shot. They have 2 or 3 stages of 5 metal targets that fan out left to right from one central shooting spot with varying distances in between 20 to 30 feet or so. You have to engage the targets from one location and cannot move. At least that's what it was then. I've mentioned IDPA or USPSA type matches several times to CRC officers, but they said the person over the practical shooting is dead against having anyone on the grounds moving while shooting. I don't think we'll ever see these matches at CRC.

That's one amazing resume Dolomite. I sure hope I get to vote for him in November.

Whoops.....um yeah, that's what I meant to say . WE need to show up, THEY need to stay home.

I think either that was some desperation on the writers to wring out some excitement where there wasn't any, or they were having a dull day/writers block, or they were trying to show that the group's getting lazy after 2 months of easy living after the major events of the wall getting crashed in and the walker invasion. It sure showed Rick and Daryl being stupid, that's for sure. If Jesus is a scout for Negan, we could be in for some real intense episodes!

Nobody should stay home this time, no matter who's the nominee. This may be the most important election of all of our lifetimes. Borrowing from the Libs....."DO IT FOR THE CHILDREN..!!!" LOL!!

Exactly. He's a RINO as they come IMO.

I lived in Georgia for a while. They not only have a state income tax, but tags for each car I drove was over $200 each. I also had to buy tags for my boat trailer which ran about the same. When I moved back to Tennessee, the savings on those items plus no income tax was like a $2,000 a year raise!!

I don't think you could buy anything that would look that good. Great job!!

We all have our opinions, but I'd rather see Cruz over Rubio 3 times over.

I missed it that story, but they have a website now that says grand opening on March 5th. http://shooters-range.com Carl was gruff and took some getting used to and was nothing like his dad who once owned the Montlake skeet range and the gun store years ago. I don't know what happened about the skeet range, but he took over the store quite a few years ago. Some people never did get past the gruffness after he took it over, but he wasn't so bad if you went in regularly and got to know him. He did a couple of transfers for me a ways back for $20 plus $10 for the B.C. and he used to have used firearm odds and ends and I got some pretty good items at good prices a few times. My wife and I I have shot their in the past and I actually took my CCW training there. It's a pretty decent range. Maybe now that some new owners have it, things will get better. I'll have to go to the G.O. and see what's up. I do know that when I shot there you could recover your most of your brass and even sweep it back off the range if you could reach it without going past the line. I've had several people give me their brass also when they saw me collecting mine.

I live in a subdivision laden area within the city limits of Chattanooga not to far from Northgate. There are no real woods anywhere around us and have 4 lane highways on all sides. We also have coyotes. They have been seen by several neighbors and heard by even more people at night. Small pets have disappeared and the rabbits we used to watch every single day a couple of years ago are gone. Our neighborhood organization has had meetings and a TWRA officer came to talk. He verified that coyotes are in many subdivisions and neighborhoods all around Chattanooga. He said the TWRA does not do anything to eliminate them, but that we could hire a pro to come in and trap them if we wanted. The only predator this critters have is hunters. I've just bought a predator call this week and plan on taking up coyote hunting on the deer lease I hunt. It's hard to find an area of the lease that has no coyote tracks and the scat is plentiful.

I think it's pretty clear that either Trump or Cruz will win the nomination, but Trump leads a lot in the delegate category. What Cruz needs to win out over Trump is for Rubio to drop out NOW and support Cruz before Super Tuesday on March 1st when over 500 delegates are up for grabs. Trump currently has 50 over Cruz with 22. Rubio has 20 and probably won't drop out for that reason even though his votes could put Cruz over the top. It's Cruz's best shot anyway IMO unless Trump takes a big hit on March 1st which don't seem to be likely from what has been happening. If Trump sweeps on Super Tuesday, he'll be over halfway to the 1237 delegates to win. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/republican_delegate_count.html
