  1. I was amazed how much this guy could put into his pants!! I wonder how many times this happens everyday. No wonder the price of food is so high! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vXVGT9kY_g
  2. Wow, what a picture. If you look close at the junction of the water buffaloes neck and right front leg, it appears you can see the elephants tusk sticking out about 6" or so.
  3. I like the Gerbers best.
  4. It doesn't appear to be high on the "Let's get this done" list of the wonderful people in Washington: 11/23/2015 Referred to the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations. Type of Action: Committee Consideration Action By: House Judiciary
  5. I tried it this season. I had it set to record, bit got tired of it after the second show. I don't record or watch it anymore. I will pick back up on the walking dead though and watch Daryl get his head bashed in......
  6. I agree Bersaguy. Those are good rules to follow on the shellcrackers. On crappie I only keep those between 11" and 13" or 13.5" long. I don't think the ones below 11" have enough meat after filleting and is a waste of time. The ones larger than 13 and a half inches or so have a lot coarser meat to them and the wife doesn't like them as much. So I use my own slot limit. After the holiday weekend, I'm going to get back out and see what I can find. Thanks for the info!!
  7. Their probably back out in deeper water then. Thanks!
  8. What depth are the beds you usually find? They are some very fine eating!
  9. Be sure to check for tournaments if you're coming down on the weekend. The ramps fill up fast, especially Harrison Bay and Chester Frost. Here's a good website to keep up with the action on the Chick: http://www.chattanoogafishingforum.com/category-view.asp
  10. That's one beautiful knife! Great job!
  11. Thanks for the replies. Here on Chickamauga, the crappie were around 3 weeks or so behind and for some reason the lake level is still about 1.5 ft below normal summer pool. Still good fish'n though. Patience is the key.
  12. Does anyone else fish for them? I haven't found any spawning yet. I'm wondering if our crazy spring weather has slowed them down like it did the crappie.
  13. Gerber EZ-Out for me. It's been a good knife and is easy to sharpen. If I lost it today I'd buy another one. I didn't know about the penny luck thing from GT's post. I'm gonna have to find a 1953 penny 'cause I really need something to change my luck!!! LOL
  14. Very nice! Keep'um coming sir!
  15. It's easier to understand when you realize their complete lack of all three.
  16. You sir, would knock it out of the park!
  17. I see a new line of knives. "Bowies" by Grand Torino!
  18. That is a collectors edition for sure!! A beautiful knife....
  19. Great job. I like it all, but the blade design is over the top
  20. Looks good to me and I had no problem signing in. If the "Drag files here to attach" does what I think it does, that's gonna be great for posting pics without a 3rd party hosting site...!!
  21. That's a really good looking shape and very nice looking blade. You're gonna have a great looking knife!
  22. YEP!! That's what I was think'n.
  23. Bait and Switch. Write a bill to pacify the gun crowd, then turn the intent 180 degrees to make those that really own them happy. Their probably all sitting around laughing, drinking scotch and smoking cigars
