The Constitution!!!.....what a freak'n ASS HOLE...!!! If the whole of Washington would just do that...everything else would take care of itself like it did for the first 200 freak'n years. -
Senate rejects tougher background checks

I feel the same way. I talked until I was blue in the face about the evils of an Obama 2nd term. I even had friends and family that said they wouldn't vote for Romney, but wasn't voting for Obama either. I told them to vote Romney and regroup in 2016....nope. They wouldn't listen. I heard it all...."They can't take our guns.....Supreme courts done ruled in our favor..." They are all crying now.....ANYONE other than Obama.....too late now though. -
Senate rejects tougher background checks

"What appeared to be a likely victory for Obama was resoundingly defeated by the Senate as jittery Democrats facing tough re-elections next year joined nearly the entire Republican conference." Imagine the carnage to the 2nd Ammendment if the liberals get full control of the house in 2014? -
It's still gonna be a long hard ride....I'm glad, but the vote was closer than I'd hoped it would be. There's lot's more coming. 46 voted for it. Must be the same 46 that voted FOR the UN Small Arms Treaty.....

I've been looking at them myself rugerla1....Nitro piston seems to be the newest thing, but I'm not sure what it means yet. I am very close to buying one in .22 caliber though.

Welcome to TGO...

They keep playing the shell game.....I have respect for very few of our leaders period. Most of them just keep living it up on our dime, playing the same ol' political games. Worst of all, the same people KEEP VOTING THE SAME ONES IN......many of them have 15+ years misrepresenting us all, cutting deals and adding pork to every bill they can to stay in office.

i can't help but wonder who paid for both Obama's Harvar degrees.....especially the old mans.

shipping was $12 for mine also for some reason.

Handguns, I carry and I shoot them, with the exception of a couple of Smiths I got when my dad died. I do have a couple of rifles that are safe queens, but some I do shoot. The ones I don't shoot is just because I don't hunt anymore. When I go to the range I take several different calibers and types. But I do clean, oil and take the best care for them as soon as I get home. I do not drop, or toss any of them across the ground. I look at them as investments.

Yep. Just the sight of the IRS or FBI carrying truck loads of computers and files out of your mansion will stick in the minds of voters.

A message from the White House...."You are not playng the game the way Obama want's you too. He can make big trouble for you if you don't get on board. Now drink this Kool Aid and you'll feel much better..."

I think we should have this discussion honestly. If the latter is your position, say it. If you want to eliminate the Second Amendment right, mount a forthright political campaign to do so. Do not pussy-foot around with “I am not against the Second Amendment. I do not want to take your hunting rifles and your shotguns, and your antique muskets,†when you really don’t like the Second Amendment at all, would love to see it repealed, and wouldn’t mind if everybody was forced to turn in every weapon that they owned. I think this is THE major problem with our politicians. Most of them are so used to lying and dealing to get what they want, it's simply the way they do business. The longer they've been in office the more they get entrenched into this Modus Operandi. Their conscience is seared and calloused. They think they are special and way above the citizen. They pamper themselves with perks, waste our money with no hint of remorse. They allow everything to just go on as it has been as long as they get their pork put into a bill for their district so they can point to it at election time to stay in office. Many of them make me want to puke just to look at them or to listen to them. When fresh blood and true patriot honest people show up in Washington with a true interest and zeal to get the country turned around, they hammer them, just like McCain and Graham did recently within their own party. In the mean time, the Liberals are developing a huge voter base by giving them everyone's money that works and pays taxes. Our political system was the greatest system the world has known, but human greed has just about taken it down the tubes. Rant over..........Thank you for the article East_TN_Patriot. It's a shame that more politicians in Washington don't listen to this person, regardless of party.

It seems to me, some of the descriptions of OC that's been presented here, is BS and actually does a lot more damage than anything else. I'm sure you know the ones I'm talking about. Presentation to the public is everything in this battle we are in with Liberal Amerika.

Kim is a chubby little fat piggy boy in a land of people that are starving to death daily. It's been reported that the children of NK are 2" shorter than those in the South, stunted growth due to continually being on the verge of starvation. I don't see why we don't just send in a smart bomb and put him down.....the PIG.

I have a Silver Pigeon I bought used for 1,000 about 6 years ago. I've shot the crap out of it and still shoots perfect. I've got briley tubes and had a hard time with the enertia triggers due to constant gauge changing, but I found a place in Pennsylvania that hand makes and installs mechanical trigger group for 150.00 and was the best money I've ever spent on it. I'd be afraid to say how many rounds has gone down this barrel, but it's practically as tight as a new one. Fit is the most important though. Different brands have different amounts of drop and different sight pictures. It be best to shoulder a few until you find the one that shoulders to a natural sight path for you. Pretty informative article on shotgun fit: http://www.browning.com/customerservice/qna/detail.asp?ID=129
