  Apparently there is no set number of times this can be done.....which means it's possible to keep beating the dead horse until it starts breathing again....No wonder we are so screwed up in Washington.  No never means no and yes never means yes.

  I say it many times a day on here and other places too. The way things have worked out, 2014 mid terms are turning out to be the most important election of my 60 year lifetime as far as freedoms are concered.  It's a perfect storm brewing in the near future.
