I love my m&p .40. The only thing I didn't like was the mag. safety. I have removed it and now love it even more. I am going to purchase the laser grip next. It really looks and feels good.

Sounds like Use-less-ton is in need of a upper decker! What is a upper decker you ask? Go to his rip off store and ask to use the restroom. When you get in there take the top off the upper tank of the toliet. Have a set and do your business in the upper tank of the toliet. It will never come clean. Now you can laugh and laugh all the way home. !!!!!!I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE TO ACTUALLY DO THIS, IT WAS JUST A THOUGHT ABOUT A STORY THAT I HEARD A FEW MONTHS BACK.. !!!!!!!!!THE UPPER DECKER FOR ALL SH:poop: BAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can this Lenoir City ordinance be legal?
alwayspackin replied to Tobashadow's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
They need to be more worried about some of the Police Officers then the citizens down there. I have met a couple and they scared me to death. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> This is another reason I don’t support open carry. Some people are just scared of guns!!!!!!! They will stay this way until there life is saved by someone with a gun. A couple of officers and I had an issue at a shoneys several years back. The manager asked us to leave because we had our guns on. We were in street clothes at the time and even identified our selves. We decided to leave just to please the idiot. A few months went by and a couple of us decided to stop in there again. We made sure our weapons where covered. The manager recognized us and didn’t say anything. A few minutes later he had an angry customer at the counter. The customer almost beat the manager to death before we intervened. For some reason we where a little slow getting over there. I now go this shoneys and have never had any problems since. Lesson learned for this idiot. -
Go with the M&P. If you do go with the M&P, you will need to decide if you wont the mag safety or not. If you do get it with the safety and then decide you dont like it. It can be changed out very easily. If anyone has any questions on how just pm me.

I don't know anything about Alabama law. But, look at things on a police officers stand point. If you are stopped and don’t have a permit then what? Charges are settled in a court of law not out on the street. Is it worth having to go to court over is the question? You might win and then again you might lose. If you lose say bye bye carry permit. That’s allotting to lose.

I also tried to by a gun safe from the a--holes at On-Target. They started talking to me like I was a little kid. I decided that day to never darken there door again. They are some real jacka--es in there. I don't know how they stay in business. I guess people just don't have anywhere else to go. The owner is the DA in Murfreesboro. He is a real jacka-- also. But this is just my 2 cents worth.

Are the member classifieds going to be posted to the right on the main screen like before?? -
Yeah, listen to a lawyer!!!! They know everything!! But the truth is that if you are not trained with the club, stick or what ever then the judge will but your butt in jail, when you get arrested for having it. I have asked a few people carrying ASAPs (security guards mainly) if the had there ASAP training card. Some of them actually do. You are suppose to carry your certification card on you just like you HCP or armed security license (card). I don’t why this is so hard for people to understand.

J-B weld, what?? Just retap the threads with a coarse tap. You can find one at home depot or Lowes. Buy a cheap set at Harbor Freight if you like. Just do it the right way not the redneck way. Any gun smith can do it for you. Take it to Hero-Gear if you can not figure

CCing when posting is not as TN says it should be.

The problem is that if there is even some kind of sign up and the manager calls the police they would arrest you. Yes, you would probably beat it in court for 1000 dollar attorney fee. But here again concealment is the key. I always overlook those signs not matter where I go. Out of sight out of mind. Some officers are different than others. You never know who you’re going to get. -
If your work has a no carry policy, I would not recommend an ankle holster. The first time you sit down and your pants leg comes up someone will see it. Trust me; I have seen several during interviews and etc. It is just something that catches your eye. I would go with an IWB. I would also keep in mind that if you go with a small of the back (sob), it can be very dangerous. The first time you fall back and land on it, you are screwed for ever. So what I am saying is go as small as you feel comfortable with so you do not get fired. The idiot that made that policy will probably won’t to fire you when you get caught. It may not be worth losing your job over.

I too have had the same problem. I never get a response back from a few of the local dealers on this form. I do understand they are busy running there business.

Kramer undershirt holster

Doesn't look to easily accessible to me. But it might be what someone else is looking for. -
I know several people that have used there military training and had no problems. Others had problems in Davidson County but went to Clarksville and they accepted it. Why? Nobody knows! I know an ex Kentucky State Trooper that tried to get his CCW in Davidson County and the stupid Department of Safety told him they only accept Tennessee training courses. He went to Clarksville and had no problems. WTF!!!! I myself had problems getting my armed guard license. I faxed those idiots my stuff 3 times. Finally I went up the chain and got it in 3 days. I am still made that I had to us my 3rd wish from the all mighty food list!

It is obvious that he commetted a crime when he had an illegal firearm and shot himself. The police where probably searching for more unregistered firearms. When you are well known you have to stay out of sight and act in a professional manner. Sounds like stupidity is getting the best of him. Hope he doesn't turn out to be another pac-man.

You could fight the ticket but you will loose. You will then have to pay court cost on top of the ticket fee. If you turn right at a red light you must stop for at least 3 seconds before turning. These cameras are really effective. I have even had to pay one myself. Sometimes it is better to lay low and stay out of sight.

It is missing the accessory rail! It almost looked like the perfect gun!

I have mine bolted to the floor and cable tied (x2). I also drilled all the way through the floor and installed 3" bolts with lock washers. I then placed two large scrape pieces of metal on the inside just incase they try to pry it up. I do allot of gun swooping through out the day, so I never know who is watching.

Sorry Joe, didn’t mean to sound like an a--. You just have such a great store and your staff has always been very helpful. I have just had so many bad experiences every time I go into the rude On Target store. I would never tell anyone to go there as long as I live. I would recommend doing a drive by shooting before I send them down there.

Again, what school did u attend? Lebanon career and technical school? Ok just joking but really where did you go?

I hope this guy looses his license. But, if I had to guess he probably has not had the best of training. Allot of the so called trainers have taught it so many times that they just don't care anymore. Probably 75% of the people teaching these classes should not be. Some people where never meant to be teachers and etc. I have even heard of a few places that for a hundred dollars they will give you your certificate. One guy told me that he got his armed guard license this way from the same guy for an extra 80. He said it took 30 minutes and he was out the door.

Don’t let the postal CONTRACTOR bet you. Hold your ground. If she gets enough complaints they will let her go. Talk to your neighbors and send them a few fake DO NOT FOLD ENVELOPES. There is a long line of scum bags wanting to fell her job. There is even a line of good people who are out of a job right now and would job on her route in a minute.

You must call the USPS Postal Inspector as Bigiron suggested. The local post master has no power anymore. He is just a professional phone answering employee. Sorry if anybody is offended but the truth is the truth. Emails and phone calls every day should work wonders. They will eventually look into it. After a couple of weeks set them up. Mail yourself an envelope (a couple of envelopes) that say, pictures do not bend. Keep this as evidence and mail to the Postal inspector himself. Send yourself a b-day card that says money enclosed. Keep all of the evidence for the Postal Inspector. Have fun and play the game better then your postal worker.
