1. You can download the full list in Excel format from the BATFE web site.   http://www.atf.gov/about/foia/ffl-list.html
2.   It helps dilute the scotch.
3. P6   plan the work, work the plan
4. Dang.  The last Land Rover I was in looked like the one Marlin Perkins would ride in Mutual of Omaha's 'Wild Kingdom' <"while Jim wrestles the crocodile into submission, we are finihing off a mint julep">.     We ran over a pie-plate sized tarantula (in Belize) in ours and it rattled our spines. All aluminum body.
5. I'm not very social, so I joined to annoy people. winning!
6. So, are they going to shut down Colt's page ?  They give away a gun periodically.  It's why I "liked" the page.
7.   The 2A fight is simply a subset, a different front, in the larger fight against those who would hurt us. The roots are the same; both would have us cower in fear, the ideology of the afflictors is much the same, and both evil and despicable.    "Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and also Trust in Me."  - John 14;1
8. The KDSK artical noted his support of AWB, UBC, and mag limits.  Hardly mainstream NRA, despite his blue blood whining..
9.   and indeed, it has been pulled for later submission.
10.   So what.  It is a national issue.  FB is a national forum,  And it still has to be read & accepted or deleted by staff.   They are in the frying pan, keep the heat up and make them think about the issue.   As far as state consituents, they have web page inputs to sort by mailing address.   BTW, S.649 is *still* on the table, and is dangerous to 2A all by itself. All the stuff yesterday & today were just amendments.  We can still get screwed tomorrow.
11. S.649 itself still is out there.  All the priors were amendments.
12.   Think about the dyslexic OCD....somedays you're CDO, DOC, DCO, COD, ODC.....It's maddening!

14.   http://statutes.laws.com/tennessee/title-44/chapter-8/part-4/44-8-413     Has to be *both* "under reasonable control" and "not running at large"   Other commentary - http://dogbitelaw.com/mixed-dog-bite-statute-states/tennessee-dog-bite-law.html       As noted, communities also have their own code, but this is minimum.   Our county does not have its own "leash law", but enforces under this.
15.   There is a state-wide TN leash law.
16. I bet the Haslams subscribe to Carbonite.
17. Jack McElroy, Editor KNS - Ignoring Gun Crime Won't Make it go Away   75% gibberish up front prior to his whining about something... not completely sure what.   http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2013/apr/14/jack-mcelroy-ignoring-gun-crime-wont-make-it-go/   But on chance of reading his mind -  UBC on law abiding cizens and inherant supression of willingness to seek mental-health care will ?
18.       yeah, no doubt. Suprised it was not even more lacking.  I don't own a AR-15, nor know much about them (other than similar stuff on my SU-16 which is adapted to AR furniture). Hence the "at least" in reference to arfcom quote.   For me, mine will be .204 Ruger, and now that you mention it, maybe a .22LR , since I have a lot of Ciener mags (SU-22)   It is an impressive platform. Looking forward to playing with them.  I still hope we can get them marked "multi" (or nothing at all in that regard). The idea about "TGO" serial numbers is real cool.
19.   from arfcom, at least these   On 223 case, standard mags 17 Fireball 17 Remington 19 Calhoun 204 Ruger 25-223 6 x 45 the TCUs 6.5 MPC 300 Blackout/Whisper 7mm Whisper 7.62x40 Non-223 case, standard mags 450 Bushmaster 458 SOCOM 458 RMW ("SOCOM lite") 44 AMP (RMW) - need spacer in mag 45 Win Mag (RMW) - need spacer in mag 50 AE - need spacer in mag 440 CorBon - need spacer in mag 50 GI - need spacer in mag
20. Did they ACTUALLY release garbage into the ENVIRONMENT !!????
21. We had a tom take up residence on our back porch for about 6 months. Finally had TWRA come and get it after it momentarily got inside.
22. Assuming multi-caliber (mine will *not* be 5.56, but rather .204 Ruger), I am interested one, maybe two.   I also like the idea of a 30 cal version.   not too finicky about sn, but would like #61 or #1961   It would be nice to have a Knoxville area dealer willing to do a $15 transfer. Anybody out there ?
23. After yesterday, If I were a MFG, I  would consider TN at a minmum passively, and a maximum outright hostile.    It's no wonder none of the MFG's have even hinted at TN.
