1. I leave a dryer sheet in the hopper all the time.   After I empty it (usually as soon as I am done), I bonk it a few times with a rubber mallet over the garbage can.
2. I used the shop vac once.  Right after pouring gas down the hole for good measure.  The vac ain't worked right since.......
3. I never listen to the Chicksie Dicks.
4. I have them in a big mulch pile.  I would have done them in but they keep the skunks entertained.  Looks like hogs rooting around. Dug up the whole pile in the last month.      I'll zap them next month to get the remnants.
5. Just spoke to Ron day before yesterday (not about this).  I hate that they have to deal with this just as they are starting to finally settle down (he looked & sounded real good)
6. http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2013/aug/20/first-ruled-insane-alleged-pawnshop-killer-now/
7. Added this to the DT comments http://misfitpolitics.co/2013/07/how-mike-bloomberg-and-his-anti-gun-group-are-deceiving-hundreds-of-us-mayors/
8. I bet they buy the place, just because they can.  The big question.......Will they add road-kill to the menu ???
9. Chris was a friend of mine, and once my bike mechanic..........A gentle, kind young man.
10. I live here.
11. The only thing I have shot both calibers is in a 15" Thompson Encore pistol.  In that case, there is significantly more recoil .270 vs .308.  Enough that I flinch big time on the .270   Like a few others, I know more folks that have shed the .270 than kept it, especially for deer hunting in TN.  If you want big...go with the .338 Lapua. Otherwise, stay with .308 Win, .30-06, or upgrade to a semi-auto in .243 Win (plenty big enough cartridge) or a nice lever action.   B.
12. Well organized     http://infographicjournal.com/u-s-gun-usage-death-statistics/
13.   It's easier (and more productive) to just change locations without remembering to inform managers.    And yes.... I have.
14.   3-4 DFers working in concert can get in mobile/intermittent signal in no time flat.   Back in the days when Oak Ridge had a active repeater, we chased "kerchunkers" all the time (guys who would intermittently "key up" a repeater, or interfere with conversations).    My personal best was chasing down the local oscillator on a defective scanner, which only interfered (by transmitting on a input to a repeater) when it was receiving the the local SD. Both I & the SD were 15+ miles away, and the oscillator was in a shielded scanner cabinet but on a ridge-top)   I DF noisy power-pole connections all the time and by the time I find the pole, I can usually pick out the individual part.
15. The basics is a directional antenna, variable attenuation of the offending signal, and a receiver or multichannel analyzer.   Direction finding
16. What mode of transmission does GPS use ?  Does capture effect come into play?
17. If he shot at a fleeing perp (and where the threat is over), then then any gun permit involved should be revoked..
18.   Get some new traps, and a jar of JIF Creamy (don't skimp on this).  *before you open the package of traps* use the JIF like hand cream removing any scent from your hands. After opening the package, rub a extremely thin (just enough so it smells good) layer of JIF all over the trap. Then put a glob of JIF under the trip bar (so then mouse has to "wrestle" with it even to lick it).    Set several of these out and you will get him tonight.
19.   There are rattlesnakes.  Dad blew the head off of one while in his turkey hunting stand last year up at Royal Blue near Montgomery Creek.  It was fairly big, ~10 buttons.   He was sitting on a hunting chair when it came by his foot (and the gun barrel).  When it started to coil, he pulled the trigger.

22. One of my oddballs is the NAA Earl
23.   Will the Hauppage Digital Recording Device handle off-the-air HD broadcast ?  If so, what are the hookup & operating basics ?
24. The other day, after we had installed our Roku, I spent the afternoon pausing and restarting the wifes movies with the Android tablet from across the house.   Kept telling her..."well, I guess this digital streaming stuff doesn't work well.  I guess we should have not got rid of Comcast TV!"  (it was her idea).   Plenty of entertainment until she caught me :hiding:
